We are among the most awarded creative leaders in the world: 20 Cannes Lions including back-to-back Titanium Lions, the Glass Grand Prix for Change & 5 Golds; 25 D&AD Pencils including 1 Black Pencil, 4 Yellow Pencils & 1 White Pencil; 30 British Arrows including Commercial of the year & 17 Golds; triple Webby’s wins, and a further 18 Grand Prix globally including One Show, ADC Eurobest and Geraty’s.
We believe creativity can and should be used for good, and we’re drawn to brands that seek to make a difference. We started a creative academy at AMV BBDO to draw in a more diverse talent pool. (As two men leading the Bodyform business, we know first-hand the importance of female creative representation). In 2018 our efforts were recognised by Management Today, naming us alongside FTSE 100 CEOs as 'Agents of Change' for workplace equality.
We’ve worked at some of the best agencies in town and we try to take the best from each of them. Prior to joining AMV BBDO in 2012 we were Creative Directors at W&K London, leading the Three mobile account from pitch, and producing Honda ’Spark’. Before that we worked at BBH London, creating the award-winning Barnardo’s ‘Turn Around’ campaign, Levis ‘Bike’ and Audi ‘Gymnasts’.
Outside advertising, we mostly run around after our children. In the few spare moments Jim makes tables, Toby has just released his first short film, written and directed through Somesuch.
